The Vanjia Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump Filter System is designed for high-purity liquid filtration and safe material transfer. Equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump and dual-stage stainless steel filter housings, it effectively removes impurities, particles, and bacteria while maintaining stable flow and protecting product quality.
Powered entirely by compressed air, the system is spark-free and explosion-proof, making it an ideal solution for alcohol-based perfumes, essential oils, cosmetics, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and other flammable liquids.
Key Features
High-Efficiency Dual-Stage Filtration
The two stainless steel filter housings can be equipped with different filter cartridges (5 μm, 1 μm, 0.45 μm, or 0.22 μm) to achieve progressive filtration. This design improves filtration efficiency, extends cartridge life, and ensures cleaner, more stable liquid output.
Explosion-Proof Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump
Driven by compressed air (0.4-0.7 MPa), the PP diaphragm pump generates no sparks or heat during operation. It is suitable for transferring flammable liquids such as perfumes, alcohol, and solvents while supporting dry running without damage.
Food-Grade Stainless Steel Construction
The entire frame, filter housings, and pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and compliance with hygiene requirements for cosmetic, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Real-Time Pressure Monitoring
