 Working Principle

The heating homogeneous mixing tank is mainly suitable for mixing and stirring different materials, mixing and dissolving mucus,etc.; through the electric heating tube in the interlayer, the heating water bath is heated and conducted, and the temperature can be controlled at a constant temperature to prevent the material from solidifying; it has a large heating area and high thermal efficiency. , uniform heating, short boiling time of the liquid material, easy control of the heating temperature, etc., the outer layer is thermally insulated to prevent temperature loss and burns; it is stirred at a slow speed by the blades in the tank, and the high-shear homogeneous emulsifier at the bottom of the tank is high-speed Shearing and dispersing makes the materials fully mixed and blended to meet the requirements of the customer's production process. It has a good homogeneous emulsification effect, greatly shortens the production cycle, and saves energy consumption. The bottom has a discharge port and is equipped with stainless steel. After the quick-install butterfly valve is stirred evenly, the valve handle can be rotated 90° to discharge the material, and it will be closed after the discharge is completed.
