          This machine uses a touch screen PLC program to control the filling with compressed air (or N2) and sealing as an integrated process, followed by the filling of raw materials. It is especially suitable for filling water-based aerosol products. The machine uses German-imported sealing components and imported air control valves; it features high speed, precise filling volume, good sealing air tightness, and adjustable fill pressure to any required level. It also includes safety protection devices such as pressure control adjustment, real-time monitoring of tank pressure, and prevention of operational errors with the containers. The main components of the equipment are made of 304 stainless steel, making it particularly suitable for industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, health products, high-end edible oils, fire protection, and industrial construction materials.

Equipped with touch screen control panel,the visuable working parameter makes it more convenient when debuggng the machine.This can improve working efficiency.
